PACKAGE DESCRIPTION: This dataset includes chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from KNORR in the Davis Strait, Labrador Sea, North Atlantic Ocean, North Greenland Sea and Norwegian Sea from 1981-04-01 to 1981-10-19. These data include DISSOLVED INORGANIC CARBON (DIC), DISSOLVED OXYGEN, NITRATE, Partial pressure (or fugacity) of carbon dioxide - water, Potential temperature (theta), SALINITY, SIGMA-T, TOTAL ALKALINITY (TA), WATER TEMPERATURE, phosphate and silicate. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD and bottle.
These data were collected by Douglas W. R. Wallace of Dalhousie University; Institute of Oceanography and Toste Tanhua of GEOMAR Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel, Kiel, Germany as part of the TTO-NAS_Corrected and Tanhua_Wallace_Revised_DIC_TALK dataset.
