Title: Delayed XBT data assembled for the Global Temperature-Salinity Profile Programme (GTSPP) and processed 1996-03-11 to 1996-03-17 (NCEI Accession 9600015)
Abstract: This dataset contains 26 sets of data collected as part of Shipboard Environmental data Acquisition System (SEAS) IV program. The data was collected using 14 different ships. The bathythermograph (XBT) data was collected between April 23, 1995 and October 30, 1995. The data was sent from the cruise ships to the National Ocean Service (NOS), Rockville, MD via telecommunication. This data was received at NODC via Chris Noe of NOS.
