Supplemental Information
This dataset is associated with the following EXPOCODE(s): 33BI20211108, and cruise ID(s): SKQ202115s. This data package (Submission ID: BGVHETA3T) was acquired by NCEI from the Scientific Data Integration System (SDIS) at the NOAA Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) in accordance with the archival submission agreement between NCEI and PMEL.
Purpose The Distributed Biological Observatory (DBO) is envisioned as a change detection array along a latitudinal gradient extending from the northern Bering Sea to the Barrow Arc. DBO sampling is focused on transects centered on locations of high productivity, biodiversity and rates of biological change.
