This dataset contains biological, chemical, optical, and physical data collected on R/V Knorr during cruise KN207-03 in the North Atlantic Ocean from 2012-06-16 to 2012-07-10. These data include O2_sat_pcnt, Oxygen in volts, conductivity, conductivity from the CTD secondary sensor, depth, dissolved Oxygen, fluorescence, potential temperature, salinity calculated from CTD primary sensors, salinity calculated from the CTD secondary sensors, sigma-t, sigma-theta, temp2, turbidity, water pressure, and water temperature. The instruments used to collect these data include Niskin bottle. These data were collected by Giacomo DiTullio of College of Charleston, Kay D Bidle of Rutgers University, Assaf Vardi of Weizmann Institute of Science, and Benjamin A.S. Van Mooy and Marco Coolen of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution as part of the "Lipid lubrication of oceanic carbon and sulfur biogeochemistry via a host-virus chemical arms race (NA-VICE)" project and "Ocean Carbon and Biogeochemistry (OCB)" program. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NCEI on 2019-10-28.

The following is the text of the dataset description provided by BCO-DMO:

Niskin bottle data from cruise KN207-03 (NA-VICE).

Dataset Description:
Niskin bottle data from CTD casts from the KN207-03 cruise. The raw bottle data was processed using Seasave software version 7.21e (QA/QC has not been performed).
