Processed CTD data from R/V Thomas G. Thompson cruise TN277 in the Eastern North Pacific Ocean in March 2012 (POWOW project) (NCEI Accession 0278065)
This dataset contains biological, chemical, optical, and physical data collected on R/V Thomas G. Thompson during cruise TN277 in the North Pacific Ocean from 2012-03-01 to 2012-03-10. These data include conductivity, dissolved Oxygen, fluorescence, potential temperature, salinity calculated from CTD primary sensors, sigma-theta, water pressure, and water temperature. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD Sea-Bird 9, Sea-Bird SBE 43 Dissolved Oxygen Sensor, Transmissometer, and Wet Labs ECO-AFL/FL Fluorometer. These data were collected by Dr Zackary I. Johnson of Duke University and Dr Erik Zinser of University of Tennessee Knoxville as part of the "Seasonal and decadal changes in temperature drive Prochlorococcus ecotype distribution patterns (POWOW)" project. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NCEI on 2019-03-05.
The following is the text of the dataset description provided by BCO-DMO:
