This dataset contains biological, chemical, optical, and physical data collected on R/V Endeavor during cruise EN614 in the North Atlantic Ocean from 2018-05-07 to 2018-05-29. These data include Oxygen in volts, PAR, beam attenuation, conductivity, depth, dissolved Oxygen, fluorescence, potential temperature, salinity calculated from CTD primary sensors, sigma-theta, sound velocity, water pressure, and water temperature. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD Sea-Bird SBE 911plus. These data were collected by Dr Richard N. Peterson of Coastal Carolina University, Dr Joseph P. Montoya of Georgia Institute of Technology, and Dr Ajit Subramaniam of Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory as part of the "Collaborative Research: Impact of the Amazon River Plume on Nitrogen Availability and Planktonic Food Web Dynamics in the Western Tropical North Atlantic (Amazon River Plume Nitrogen)" project. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NCEI on 2019-03-15.

Hydrographic data collected during casts with a CTD-rosette system (SBE11plus equipped with a fluorometer, transmissometer, oxygen sensor, and a PAR sensor. Individual sensor details and calibration info provided in the "en614-ProfileNotes" supplemental document.
