Differences Between Corrected and Original Surface Water pCO2 Values for Indian Ocean Data
In June 2009 we discovered a small programming bug involving the spatial part of the interpolation scheme for pCO2 and SST. The distance weighting factor was miscalculated for data between the prime meridian (0°) and 2.5°E longitude. The data have been reinterpolated, and the comparison between the corrected and original data will be submitted as an errata to Deep Sea Research.
This page contains plots of the differences between the corrected and original (published) surface water pCO2 values on global maps as well as a histogram of the difference values.
