This dataset contains meteorological and physical data collected on GB Crest Mooring during deployment Crest in the North Atlantic Ocean from 1994-10-28 to 1995-09-30. These data include air temperature, conductivity, depth, par_scalar, salinity calculated from CTD primary sensors, sigma-theta, and water temperature. The instruments used to collect these data include Rotronics, Sea Tech Fluorometer, Sea Tech Transmissometer, Sea-Bird SBE-3 Temperature Sensor, and Sea-Bird SBE-4 Conductivity Sensor. These data were collected by Dr Jim Irish of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution as part of the "U.S. GLOBEC Georges Bank (GB)" project and "U.S. GLOBal ocean ECosystems dynamics (U.S. GLOBEC)" program. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NCEI on 2019-12-06.

Two deployments were made at this site. The first deployment was between Oct 28, 1994 and Jan 21, 1995. The second deployment was between Apr 2, 1995 and Sep 30, 1995.
