Title: Delayed XBT data assembled for the Global Temperature-Salinity Profile Programme (GTSPP) and processed 2002-12-09 - 2002-12-15 (NCEI Accession 0000831)
Abstract: Temperature profile data were collected using CTD casts from LYKES COMMANDER and other platforms in a world wide distribution from 04 September 2002 to 18 November 2002. Data were collected and submitted by the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory (AOML) with support from the NOAA Shipboard Environmental Data Acquisition System Program (SEAS).

Supplementary information: These data are processed and incorporated into the Global Temperature-Salinity Profile Programme (GTSPP) database.

NCEI has determined that the call sign for the platform "OLEANDER" as documented in the data files is incorrect. The data files document the call sign as "PJJU" whilst NCEI has determined the correct call sign is "V7SX3".
