Abstract: This dataset includes current speed and direction measurements from fixed level taut line moorings in the Gulf of Mexico from February 8, 1974, to March 8, 1974. The data were submitted by Dr. C.N.K. Mooers of University of Miami, Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science (RSMAS), Department of Physical Oceanography. These data were collected as part of the Continental Shelf Dynamics Program, NSF #GA - 34009.
