The Ocean Archive System searches our original datasets as they were submitted to us, not individual points or profiles. If you want to search and retrieve ocean profiles in a common format, or objectively analyzed fields, your better option may be to use one of our project applications. See: Access Data

Title: Currents, attenuation, temperature, conductivity, and pressure in the North Atlantic Ocean on the New England Continental Slope from the RV OCEANUS from November 10th, 1982 through November 18th, 1984 (NODC Accession 0066097)
Abstract: A study of currents on the Continental Slope designed to describe the currents and to investigate the transport of sediment from the shelf to the slope. This work was conducted in cooperation with the Bureau of Land Management (Minerals Management Service) to assess the environmental consequences for offshore petroleum development.
