Temperature profile data were collected using bottle casts from the Altseste, Astrolabe, Blossom and other platforms in the North / South Pacific Ocean, Indian Ocean, Southern Oceans, and Red Sea. Data were collected from 15 December 1772 to 11 June 1866. The digitization of these data was performed with support from the Global Ocean Data Archaeology and Rescue (GODAR) project. |
