The Ocean Archive System searches our original datasets as they were submitted to us, not individual points or profiles. If you want to search and retrieve ocean profiles in a common format, or objectively analyzed fields, your better option may be to use one of our project applications. See: Access Data

Title: Delayed XBT data assembled for the Global Temperature-Salinity Profile Programme (GTSPP) and processed 2001-01-29 - 2001-02-04 (NCEI Accession 0000375)
Abstract: Water temperature and other data were collected from multiple ships from November 24, 1999 to January 17, 2000. Data were submitted by Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory - Miami, FL (AMOL) as part of the NOAA Shipboard Environmental Data Acquisition System (SEAS) project. Data were collected using XBT casts in the North/South Atlantic and North/South Pacific Ocean.
