The Ocean Archive System searches our original datasets as they were submitted to us, not individual points or profiles. If you want to search and retrieve ocean profiles in a common format, or objectively analyzed fields, your better option may be to use one of our project applications. See: Access Data

Title: Delayed XBT data assembled for the Global Temperature-Salinity Profile Programme (GTSPP) and processed 2000-12-18 - 2000-12-24 (NCEI Accession 0000352)
Abstract: Water temperature and other data were collected from multiple ships in a world-wide distribution from May 3, 2000 to November 21, 2000. Data were submitted by Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory - Miami, FL. (AMOL) as part of the NOAA Shipboard Environmental Data Acquisition System (SEAS) project. Data were collected using XBT casts.
