| Abstract: | This dataset includes biological, chemical, and other data collected aboard the Hugh R. Sharp during cruise HRS100828EC in the North Atlantic Ocean from 2010-08-28 to 2010-09-03. These data include Attenuation/Transmission, CONDUCTIVITY, DEPTH - BOTTOM, DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, FLUORESCENCE, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, SALINITY, and WATER TEMPERATURE. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD, Laser In-Situ Scattering and Transmissometer (LISST), echo sounder, fluorometer, oxygen sensor, and transmissometer. These data were collected by Elizabeth Canuel of Virginia Institute of Marine Science, and by University of Delaware as part of Dissolved and Particulate Lipids in Estuarine and Coastal Organic Matter. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program. R2R provides a processed version of the CTD data. |
