| Abstract: | This dataset contains chemical and physical data collected on FL_Docks during deployment FL_Lagoons_Hare from 2008-04-28 to 2009-08-10. These data include O2_sat_pcnt, conductivity mS, and water temperature. The instruments used to collect these data include YSI Sonde 6-Series. These data were collected by Dr Matthew Hare of Cornell University as part of the "Patterns of Larval Dispersal and Postsettlement Selection Shaping Connectivity of Oyster Populations Along an Ecotone (Oyster Connectivity)" project. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NCEI on 2019-02-22. The following is the text of the dataset description provided by BCO-DMO: Daily avg temp, sal, cond, O2 from YSI sensors in Florida lagoons. Dataset Description: Data include temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, pH, and depth at 15 minute intervals for May through the beginning of August for 2008 and 2009. Data were collected from shallow, near-shore locations in Florida lagoons. |
