| Abstract: | This dataset includes biological, chemical, and other data collected aboard the Hugh R. Sharp during cruise HRS090706DK in the North Atlantic Ocean from 2009-07-06 to 2009-07-08. These data include Attenuation/Transmission, CONDUCTIVITY, DEPTH - BOTTOM, DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, FLUORESCENCE, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, SALINITY, and WATER TEMPERATURE. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD, echo sounder, fluorometer, oxygen sensor, and transmissometer. These data were collected by David Kirchman of University of Delaware as part of Photoheterotrophic Microbes of the Mid-Atlantic Bight. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program. R2R provides a processed version of the CTD data. |
