Title: Biological, chemical, and other data collected aboard the Sikuliaq during cruise SKQ201816S in the Gulf of Alaska and North Pacific Ocean from 2018-07-11 to 2018-07-25 (NCEI Accession 0210022)
Abstract: This dataset includes biological, chemical, and other data collected aboard the Sikuliaq during cruise SKQ201816S in the Gulf of Alaska and North Pacific Ocean from 2018-07-11 to 2018-07-25. These data include Attenuation/Transmission, CONDUCTIVITY, DEPTH - BOTTOM, DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, FLUORESCENCE, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE, course over ground, irradiance, and speed over ground. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD, GPS, PAR Sensor, echo sounder, fluorometer, oxygen sensor, and transmissometer. These data were collected by Geoffrey Abers of Cornell University, and by University of Alaska - Fairbanks as part of Alaska Amphibious Community Seismic Experiment (AACSE). The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program.

A suite of navigation products produced by the Rolling Deck to Repository program is included in this accession, which include one high resolution, one 1 minute resolution, and one low resolution coordinate file. R2R provides a processed version of the CTD data.
