Abstract: This dataset includes surface underway, chemical, meteorological and physical data collected from MN Colibri Ships of Opportunity (SOOP) lines in the Mediterranean Sea and North Atlantic Ocean from 2023-05-06 to 2023-07-31. These data include barometric pressure, partial pressure of carbon dioxide - atmosphere, partial pressure of carbon dioxide - water, sea surface salinity and temperature. The instruments used to collect these data include Carbon dioxide (CO2) gas analyzer.
