Definition: The Liaodong Gulf is situated northeastward and adjacent to the Bo Sea and bounded by the coast of China. Its southern common limit with the Bo Sea is the following: A line joining the mouth of Liugu River (40 Degrees 16 Minutes N - 120 Degrees 30 Minutes E), in Liaoning Province, southeastward to the western extremity of Changxiang Island (39 Degrees 32 Minutes 45 Seconds N - 121 Degrees 13 Minutes 30 Seconds E), on the western coast of Liaodong Peninsula.
