Its western limit with the Celtic Sea is the following: On the West: A line joining St. Govan's Head (51 Degrees 35 Minutes 50 Seconds N - 4 Degrees 55 Minutes 30 Seconds W), in Wales, southeastward to Hartland Point (51 Degrees 01 Minutes 15 Seconds N - 4 Degrees 31 Minutes 30 Seconds W), in England.
