The University of Delaware formed the School of Marine Science and Policy and its parent institution, the College of Earth, Ocean, and Environment, in July 2009. The School of Marine Science and Policy uses several facilities, including the Lammot du Pont Laboratory, the Harry L. Cannon Laboratory, and the Otis H. Smith Laboratory. Formerly, the National Oceanographic Data Center identified all the marine science facilities at the University of Delaware with the generic name "Marine Laboratory." |
