Title: Delayed XBT data assembled for the Global Temperature-Salinity Profile Programme (GTSPP) and processed 1996-03-11 - 1996-03-17 (NCEI Accession 9600012)
Abstract: This accession contains 27 sets of data collected as part of Shipboard Environmental data Acquisition System (SEAS) III and IV program. The data from 41 cruises were collected using over 30 ships. The bathythermograph (XBT) data was collected between August 2, 1994 and July 20, 1995. The data was sent from the cruise ships to the National Ocean Service (NOS), Rockville, MD via telecommunication. This data was received at NODC via Chris Noe of NOS.
