| Abstract: | NCEI Accession 0081020 includes Surface underway, chemical, meteorological, optical and physical data collected from RONALD H. BROWN in the Coastal Waters of Florida, North Atlantic Ocean, North Pacific Ocean, South Atlantic Ocean, South Pacific Ocean and Southern Oceans (> 60 degrees South) from 2004-12-29 to 2005-11-25. These data include AIR TEMPERATURE, AIR-SEA DIFFERENCE - PARTIAL PRESSURE (OR FUGACITY) OF CARBON DIOXIDE, BAROMETRIC PRESSURE, FLUORESCENCE, Partial pressure (or fugacity) of carbon dioxide - atmosphere, Partial pressure (or fugacity) of carbon dioxide - water, SALINITY, SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURE, WIND DIRECTION and WIND SPEED. The instruments used to collect these data include Barometric pressure sensor, Carbon dioxide (CO2) gas analyzer, Shower head chamber equilibrator for autonomous carbon dioxide (CO2) measurement and thermosalinographs. These data were collected by Rik Wanninkhof of US DOC; NOAA; OAR; Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory as part of the R/V Ronald Brown 2005 Underway Data data set.
