Abstract: Physical data were collected from XBT casts from the North and South Indian Ocean. Data were collected from January 03, 2009 to December 23, 2009. Data were collected and submitted by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology in support of the Ship of Opportunity (SOOP), the Joint Australian Facility for Ocean Observing Systems, (JAFOOS) and the Global Temperature-Salinity Pilot Project (GTSPP). Physical parameters include temperature profiles.
