Abstract: Temperature profile and nutrients data were collected using bottle, buoy, and CTD casts from SEIFU MARU (Call Sign JIVB) (Operation dates: 1993 to present), RYOFU MARU (Call sign JGZK; Operation date: 08.1966 - 05.1995) and other platforms in the North/South Pacific Ocean from 01 January 1965 to 31 December 2000. Data were collected by the Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA). Nutrients parameters include nitrate, nitrite, oxygen, silicate, and phosphate.
