| Abstract: | This dataset includes biological, chemical, and other data collected aboard the BLUE HERON during cruise BH16-03 in the Great Lakes on 2016-04-14. These data include Attenuation/Transmission, CONDUCTIVITY, Chromophoric Dissolved Organic Matter (CDOM), DEPTH - BOTTOM, DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, FLUORESCENCE, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE, irradiance, and pH. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD, PAR Sensor, echo sounder, fluorometer, oxygen sensor, pH sensors, and transmissometer. These data were collected by Jay Austin of University of Minnesota - Duluth as part of Great Lakes Observing System (GLOS). The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program. R2R provides a processed version of the CTD data. |
