Title: Vessel CTD profiles in the outer reaches of the Damariscotta River Estuary in the mid-coast region of Maine from June 2017 to July 2018 (NCEI Accession 0278813)
Abstract: This dataset contains biological, chemical, optical, and physical data collected on R/V Ira C. during cruise IC_DMC_2017-2018 from 2017-06-22 to 2018-07-03. These data include O2_sat_pcnt, PAR, beam attenuation, conductivity, density, depth, dissolved Oxygen, fluorescence, salinity, turbidity, and water temperature. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD Sea-Bird, LI-COR Biospherical PAR Sensor, Niskin bottle, Sea-Bird SBE 43 Dissolved Oxygen Sensor, WETLabs ECO-FLNTU, and Wet Labs CSTAR Transmissometer. These data were collected by Mark L. Wells of University of Maine as part of the "Collaborative Proposal: Assessment of the Colloidal Iron Size Spectrum in Coastal and Oceanic Waters (Colloidal Metals)" project. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NCEI on 2022-09-13.
