Title: Wind direction and speed, air temperature, and light intensity (solar irradiance) observed from two weather stations along the West Antarctic Peninsula from 2014-11-12 to 2016-06-05 (NCEI Accession 0187193)
Abstract: This dataset contains wind direction and speed, air temperature, and light intensity (solar irradiance) from two weather stations along the West Antarctic Peninsula. These weather stations collected data from the Joubin (64.787836 S, 64.351674 W) and Wauwerman (64.911416 S, 64.013430 W) islands around Palmer Deep Canyon between 11/2014 and 06/2016. These data were collected as part of NSF-funded Project CONVERGE, which examined the effect of physical oceanographic processes on penguin foraging dynamics. The data are uploaded as Comma Separated Values (CSV).
