Title: Biological, chemical and other data collected aboard the POINT SUR during cruise PS0913 in the Columbia River estuary - Washington/Oregon and North Pacific Ocean from 2009-05-13 to 2009-05-26 (NCEI Accession 0180053)
Abstract: This dataset includes biological, chemical and other data collected aboard the POINT SUR during cruise PS0913 in the Columbia River estuary - Washington/Oregon and North Pacific Ocean from 2009-05-13 to 2009-05-26. These data include Attenuation/Transmission, CONDUCTIVITY, DEPTH - BOTTOM, DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, FLUORESCENCE, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE, course over ground, irradiance, speed over ground and surface irradiance. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD, GPS, PAR Sensor, echo sounder, fluorometer, oxygen meter and transmissometer. These data were collected by António Baptista of Oregon Health and Science University, and by Moss Landing Marine Laboratories as part of Coastal Margin Observation and Prediction (CMOP). The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program.

A suite of navigation products produced by the Rolling Deck to Repository program is included in this accession, which include one high resolution, one 1 minute resolution, and one low resolution coordinate file. R2R provides a processed version of the CTD data.
