| Abstract: |
Temperature and salinity profiles were collected from CTD casts from the ALABATROSS IV and other platforms from 1987-08-04 to 2017-09-27. Data were collected by the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and the Marine Resources Research Institute as part of the Marine Resources Monitoring, Assessment and Prediction (MARMAP) and the Southeast Area Monitoring and Assessment Program (SEAMAP) programs. The accession consists of three comma separated value files when contain the following water column parameters collected at each location - water temperature, salinity, oxygen, chlorophyll A (CHLA), phosphates (PO4),nitrites (NO2), nitrates (NO3) , photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), optical backscatter, and turbidity. The data are binned by one meter increments. |
