| Abstract: | NODC Accession 0112882 includes biological, chemical, discrete sample, physical and time series profile data collected from LA CURIEUSE in the Indian Ocean from 1990-01-27 to 1995-01-08 and retrieved during cruise 35UCKERFIXTS and KERFIX. These data include ALKALINITY, AMMONIUM, CHLOROPHYLL A, DISSOLVED INORGANIC CARBON, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, NITRATE, PHOSPHATE, Potential temperature (theta), SALINITY, SILICATE and WATER TEMPERATURE. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD and bottle. These data were collected by Diana Ruiz-Pino and Alain Poisson of Center National de la Recherche Scientifique; Laboratoire de Physico-Chimie Moléculaire and Catherine Jeandel of Centre National d'Ãtudes Spatiales - Toulouse, France as part of the Timeseries_KERFIX data set. The Global CO2 Time-series and Moorings Project involves international groups from 18 countries who have mounted sensors on moored buoys to provide high resolution time-series measurements of atmospheric boundary layer and surface ocean CO2 partial pressure (pCO2). The CO2 Time-series and Moorings Project is coordinated by UNESCO International Ocean Carbon Coordination Project (IOCCP). |
