Title: Physical oceanographic data collected from moorings deployed at Cordell Bank by Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuary (CBNMS) and Bodega Marine Laboratory (BML) in the North Pacific Ocean from 2007-05-08 to 2011-12-14 (NODC Accession 0069874)
Abstract: These are netCDF format data collected by CBNMS and BML to understand the physical processes at Cordell Bank and their potential effects on marine ecology. The project goals were: (1) to monitor and document physical and biological conditions, (2) to increase understanding of the relationship between upwelling / productivity and physical forcing, and (3) to educate the public about oceanic processes, in and around the Cordell Bank and Gulf of Farallones National Marine Sanctuaries.
