Title: Navigational, physical, and profile data collected aboard the R/V Laurence M. Gould during cruise LMG1004 in the South Atlantic Ocean and Southern Ocean from 2010-05-04 to 2010-06-08 (NCEI Accession 0277127)
Abstract: This dataset includes navigational, physical, and profile data collected aboard the R/V Laurence M. Gould during cruise LMG1004 in the South Atlantic Ocean and Southern Ocean from 2010-05-04 to 2010-06-08. These data include LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, and WATER TEMPERATURE. The instruments used to collect these data include GPS and bathythermograph - XBT. These data were collected by William Detrich of Northeastern University, and by Raytheon Polar Services Company as part of Protein Folding and Function at Cold Temperature: Co-evolution of the Chaperonin CCT and Tubulins from Antarctic Fishes. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program.
