| Abstract: | This dataset includes navigational, physical and other data collected aboard the R/V Savannah during cruise SAV-19-NSF in the North Atlantic Ocean from 2019-09-24 to 2019-09-25. These data include CONDUCTIVITY, CURRENT SPEED - EAST/WEST COMPONENT (U), CURRENT SPEED - NORTH/SOUTH COMPONENT (V), LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, SALINITY and WATER TEMPERATURE. The instruments used to collect these data include ADCP, CTD and GPS. These data were collected by John Bichy of Skidaway Institute of Oceanography as part of NSF Inspection. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program. The ADCP data represent the raw data set. Post processed quality assessed data are not available in this accession. |
