Title: Biological, chemical and other data collected aboard the R/V THOMAS G. THOMPSON during cruise TN300 in the Coastal Waters of Southeast Alaska and British Columbia and North Pacific Ocean from 2013-09-03 to 2013-09-19 (NCEI Accession 0188428)
Abstract: This dataset includes biological, chemical and other data collected aboard the R/V THOMAS G. THOMPSON during cruise TN300 in the Coastal Waters of Southeast Alaska and British Columbia and North Pacific Ocean from 2013-09-03 to 2013-09-19. These data include Attenuation/Transmission, CONDUCTIVITY, DEPTH - BOTTOM, DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, FLUORESCENCE, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE, SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE, course over ground, irradiance and speed over ground. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD, GPS, PAR Sensor, echo sounder, fluorometer, oxygen meter and transmissometer. These data were collected by William Chadwick of US DOC; NOAA; OAR; Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory, and by University of Washington as part of NOAA New Millennium Observatory (NeMO) 2013. The Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory (LDEO) submitted these data to NCEI as part of the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program.

A suite of navigation products produced by the Rolling Deck to Repository program is included in this accession, which include one high resolution, one 1 minute resolution, and one low resolution coordinate file. R2R provides a processed version of the CTD data.
