The Ocean Archive System searches our original datasets as they were submitted to us, not individual points or profiles. If you want to search and retrieve ocean profiles in a common format, or objectively analyzed fields, your better option may be to use one of our project applications. See: Access Data

Title: |
ADCP, CTD, and continuous data from the Multiple Instrument Data Acquisition System (MIDAS) collected in the Southeast of the Mississippi River Delta aboard R/V Pelican from 2012-11-28 to 2012-12-19 (NCEI Accession 0172043) |
Abstract: |
This dataset contains shipboard Acoustic Doppler Current Profiles (ADCP) data from a 75khz profiler, vertical profiles of measurements made from a CTD/Rosette system and continuous data from the Multiple Instrument Data Acquisition System (MIDAS). These ancillary data gives additional information about the physical state of the ocean during the Gulf of Mexico Integrated Spill Response Consortium (GISR) G03 cruise aboard R/V Pelican held from November 28 to December 20, 2012. |
