DESCRIPTION:
Coastal Northern Norway (Lofoten/Vesterålen/Troms) tree ring July-August 
temperature reconstruction.  

The chronologies used in the reconstruction and included in the files 
Norway_recon.xls and Norway_crn.txt are slightly different from the 
chronology files NORW008.* - NORW010.* held in the International 
Tree Ring Data Bank.  This is because some radii were treated 
individually (straight line if assumed that >100 rings were lacking 
from the inner part of the core).
