The folder contains the following files:

All_regions_recons_CPS.csv: CPS reconstructions for all sub-regions.
All_regions_decadal_means.csv: CPS reconstructions for all sub-regions, 10-year average for comparison with the weighted composites (Fig S14).

recon_nested_PAGES2013method_NB_infilled_posr_REGION.csv: Reconstruction output for each region, replace REGION with the correpsonding region name in the file neame. The files contain 9 columns:
1.: Year CE
2.: Interannual CPS reconstruction (blue line in top panel in Fig.7 for "Whole-Antarctica" region)
3.: 2RMSE error for interannual reconstruction (bottom panel in Fig. 7 and used for shading in top panel of Fig. 7)
4.: Decadal CPS reconstruction (10yr running means; blue line in second panel of Fig. 7).
5.: 2RMSE error for decadal reconstruction (used for shading in second panel of Fig. 7)
6.: Calibration RE of interannual reconstruction over full calibration period
7.: Verification RE of interannual reconstruction over validation window 1 (1977-1991; 3rd panel in Fig. 7).
8.: Verification RE of interannual reconstruction over validation window 2 (1961-1976; 4th panel in Fig. 7).
9.: Average of the two verficitation REs.

Proxy_cors_PAGES2013method_NB_infilled_posr_REGION.csv: Correlation of each proxy record with the target. This corresponds to the weith each record gets in the CPS averaging. Negative values are converted to 0 as only positive correlations are considered for CPS herein.
