  All of the data sent to NCEI for this accession is housed in this directory and its 
  subdirectories.  There are three main subdirectories that branch off from this folder.
  The actual data sets and spreadsheets are housed in the Data_Sets/ directory, data
  dictionaries and other documentation are kept in the  DataDocumentation/ directory,
  and all GIS files are stored in the GIS_Grid/ directory.

data/0-data/NCRMP_Florida_2018_Benthics/NCRMP_Florida_2018_Benthics/DataDocumentation/
  This directory contains various types of data documentation sent to NCEI by the data 
  provider including data dictionaries and survey protocols.

data/0-data/NCRMP_Florida_2018_Benthics/NCRMP_Florida_2018_Benthics/Data_Sets/Analysis_Ready_Data/
  This directory contains three analysis ready data sets for each of the three different regions surveyed
  as a part of this data collection: the Florida Keys, the Dry Tortugas, and the SEFCRI region. For each region
  there is a spreadsheet with benthic cover data, one with coral demographic data, and finally one with invertebrate 
  and ESA listed coral survey data. In addition there is NTOT file for each location. The NTOT file captures 
  information about whether a site was in a protected area or not, the number of grid cells in each stratum and 
  the size of the grid cells for each site.  

data/0-data/NCRMP_Florida_2018_Benthics/NCRMP_Florida_2018_Benthics/GIS_Grid/
  This directory contains all of the GIS files submitted to NCEI as a
  part of this data package.  The GIS files show the extent of the sampling
  domain of this study.
