subject: Updated NCRMP 2017-2019 data/dictionaries files

Hello all,

Kim Edwards and I are submitting updated NCRMP data for all Accessions (both benthic and fish) from 2017-2019, in USVI, PR and FGB locations.

The updates include column header formatting and name changes to the data files, and updated descriptions and names for the associated dictionary files. 

There are NO changes to actual data values, nor metadata - therefore we are requesting just file updates.

I uploaded the files to this location with the accession number in the parent folder title to Google Drive due to size. Please let me know if you need any more information or require these files in email attachments.

As always, Kim and I appreciate all of the support you guys have provided us through the years.
